The utmost care will be taken of all exhibited work, however the Football Art Prize and its touring partners shall have no liability for any loss or damage caused to work during the exhibition, whether such damage is caused by the organisers, their team of staff or otherwise.

The Football Art Prize makes no provision for individual insurance of works and all artists submitting work for longlisting and exhibition are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in this regard.

All works on paper must be securely framed where possible. Frames should be strong enough to accept a small screw or nail in the back for hanging purposes. Fixings are not required, if selected for exhibition mirror plates will be supplied and used by the organisers. There should be no projections of any kind whatsoever from the back of the frames to avoid damage to other works. Metal frames and glazed works with unprotected glass edges are all inadmissible.

If selected, unframed works should be accompanied by detailed install instructions and suitable fixings.

All unsold works must be collected after the exhibition closes. If you sent your work via a regional collection point and wish to have them collect your work for you, please contact the courier directly.

Works that remain uncollected will be removed and taken into storage and will be liable for storage charges.

The artist accepts and agrees that all works in the exhibition may be photographed and/or reproduced for: the catalogue, press, publicity, promotion and advertising of The Football Art Prize and/or its activities and/or its exhibitions in all territories in perpetuity.

Copyright of all works remains the property of the artist. Any enquiries for copyright will be referred to the artist.

The Football Art Prize and their project managers hold personal data provided by entrants for the exhibition and tour. This information will be used solely in conjunction with your entry for the Football Art Prize. Data pertaining to those whose work is not selected will be held for up to 12 months after which this information will be destroyed. In registering, artists agree that if selected for the Football Art Prize they may be added to the mailing list of Parker Harris, from which is it possible to unsubscribe at any time.

A commission of 40% + VAT shall be charged by The Football Art Prize on the price paid for work sold at exhibition.

Artists should include this commission of 40% + VAT in the price of the work entered in the online entry form. If registered for VAT it is the artists responsibility to declare and include this sum at the standard rate at the same price.

The price entered on the online application will be the catalogue selling price so please enter the figures carefully and accurately.

Artists will be notified of the results of their entry by email. The results will be emailed to you in the week commencing the 22nd November. The selectors’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Due to the number of submissions we cannot offer individual feedback.
