CARE OF WORKS AND INSURANCE

The utmost care will be taken of all exhibited work, however the Football Art Prize and its touring partners shall have no liability for any loss or damage caused to work during the exhibition, whether such damage is caused by the organisers, their team of staff or otherwise.

The Football Art Prize makes no provision for individual insurance of works and all artists submitting work for longlisting and exhibition are strongly advised to make their own arrangements in this regard.

FRAMES

All works on paper must be securely framed where possible. Frames should be strong enough to accept a small screw or nail in the back for hanging purposes. Fixings are not required, if selected for exhibition mirror plates will be supplied and used by the organisers. There should be no projections of any kind whatsoever from the back of the frames to avoid damage to other works. Metal frames and glazed works with unprotected glass edges are all inadmissible.

If selected, unframed works should be accompanied by detailed install instructions and suitable fixings.

COLLECTION OF WORK

All unsold works must be collected after the exhibition closes. If you sent your work via a regional collection point and wish to have them collect your work for you, please contact the courier directly.

Works that remain uncollected will be removed and taken into storage and will be liable for storage charges.
